Where can i use my new metal card?

You will be able to use your new metal card anywhere in the world! It is important to remember that if your current card offers contactless payment, you will no longer have this feature; however, you will still be able to make contactless payments via your smartphone.

Is my card safe with you?

We take your privacy incredibly seriously and take the utmost care to keep your personal data and financial information secure. We do not record any personal information, and our equipment will not store any of this data. 

We are in the business of making custom cards for our long-term customers – NOT stealing information. What we offer is a very unique product and we are in a very unique business, and with that we pride ourselves in gaining your trust. We do not store any of your credit card information in anyway. We only transfer the data from your card to your new metal card. 

Please realise, in order for us to produce a fully functional custom design card of your choice, you will need to ship us your card. There is simply no other method for us to do so without it. We do not ask for your PIN, social security number, pass code or anything of that sort. However, if you are still concerned, you do have the option to send a debit/pre-paid card with zero monetary funds available. Or a card that has not been activated or freeze your card during the time we process your order.

We are also accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. We also have 3 trademarks along with a Patent and Trademark Office. We would not want to risk anything to lose our accreditation or our patents and trademarks. 

How long will the process take?

Once we have received your plastic card, we will send you a notification, and we will begin creating your new custom metal card. This will typically be completed and ready to be sent back to you within 48 hours. We recommend sending your card to us using express delivery to ensure you can track its progress.

What if my card is lost or stolen?

Should you lose your card or have it stolen, then you should treat it in the same way you would your normal debit or credit card and contact your bank immediately.

Can I use an ATM?

Due to the additional weight of the card, it is not recommended that you use an ATM or machine that requires you to fully insert the card. The sensors and rollers might not be able to eject the card, so you should only use those devices where you can manually remove your card.

What can I have on the card?

Your card is fully customizable, but you are responsible for the content and we do not assume any liability for trademark infringements or copyright claims.

Do you take international orders? 

Yes, Our services are available for international Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards. Including Canada, UK, Japan, Spain, Mexico, Italy, Germany, France, Korea, Singapore etc… Please ship your card as a GIFT CARD NOT AS A CREDIT CARD. We request that you ship us your original card using DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

How do i choose a design? 

The design is entirely your choice, and you can upload your image and logo when making your order. If you would like some inspiration or you have any questions, then get in touch with our team, and we’ll be happy to help!

You can upload your design directly through our website or mail us, and for the very best results, you should upload a vector file or an image with a transparent background.

Are you a credit card company?

• Regal Creds is NOT a credit card company. We do NOT offer credit, reward programs or points. We ONLY upgrade plastic debit/credit cards (with magnetic strips) by engraving your personal design onto your choice of metal.​​

• There are NO APPLICATIONS. NO ANNUAL FEES.  NO MINIMUM PURCHASE.  NO CREDIT CHECKS. You can get a metal credit card if you have any plastic card that you would like for us to convert into metal.
