Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.titanmetalcards.com Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Due to heavy orders. It may take longer than usual to fulfill the order. We are working to get the order to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME (DOMESTIC):

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and in case of custom frame order it can take 7-30 business days depending on process required to make the card and quantity. Shipping time will depend on locations, availability of the item. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of any delays due to holidays or any production issues refunds or cancellation cannot be done as in metal its normal to have production issues while making this metal cards (Buyers will be informed in this case)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you didn’t receive your parcel item for a long, then please contact the shipping courier with your tracking code, and then further any help you can contact our team through email for more assistance or unanswered questions.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

​In some cases, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer’s location because of insufficient address. Buyers can contact a nearby post office or reach out to pick up their order.

Please Note: The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, buyers need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to us. During the return, We takes no responsibility if products have been lost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship our products all around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

In case buyer does not confirm the design file or we do not get any response within in a week. Then card will be dispatched with available details and with empty chip slot for buyer to self transfer the chip, if details are not provided at checkout then card will be shipped with random details and buyer’s name.

SHIPPING TIME

International shipping will take 3 to 15 days to deliver depending upon the service you choose at checkout. Shipping time will depend on locations, availability of the item and Local Jurisdiction Regulations. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delays may happen due to custom holds, flight cancellations, bad weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances and we’re not responsible for such delays.

DELIVERY

  • In some cases, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer’s location because of insufficient address. Buyers can contact a nearby post office or reach out to pick up their order.

  • Packages are not signed for the consignee (If buyer wants extra charges will incur for this).

  •  In some countries, like USA, Canada, UK, Italy, France, Germany, Australia, etc packages are left at Reception, Front Door, Post Box, Locker of consignee. So we request buyers to collect it. We’re not responsible for stolen packages from this places.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respected carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. But If your order was placed more than a week and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will be sent in one package to save your shipping cost. Only if specified items will be shipped in separate packages and additional charges will incur.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Titan Cards is not responsible for any custom duty and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Shipments won’t be released or delivered to you until this custom duty taxes are not paid to your local customs. If not paid packages will be destroyed or will get returned to us and order value will not be refunded in this case. Also you may require to submit your identity or company documents to your local custom department in order to release the shipment so make sure you have all this documents handy. 

Most of European Union countries and some Asian countries applies custom duty and taxes depending on the invoice value and local custom regulations on import. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

If you’re shipping your card to us our local custom department may also impose custom duty and taxes on your shipment which needs to be paid by buyer to us for which tax invoice (BOE) will be provided and invoice for the custom duty amount will be sent to you.

DAMAGES

Titan Cards is liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us through email at titanmetalcards@gmail.com with video proof of opening the package within 24hrs. Refund or replacement will be sent immediately.
